On videos I see people installing windows and games on an SSD card instead of their HDD cards. I know it's about speed of the booting, but why have the HDD when you have everything on the SSD. I heard it's for media but can you give me an example? Do you think I should just get SSD cards and not buy a HHD?

Sorry I'm just learning about building PCs. But my other question was should I just get rid of my HHD and just get two SSDs because my computer is for gaming not media. Btw here is the specs if you want them. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Alcarese12/saved/4omB

Main reason to get an SSD is instant response. A SSD can boot into Windows in roughly under 20 seconds while a HDD might take 2 minutes or longer. I have an SSD for Windows and programs, then a HDD for my data and anything else I don't need to load instantly.

Ok but your not answering my question. If I get both should I install the game on the SSD and save the game on my HDD or have both game and game saves on the SSD?
