and help me with other things as i said .. i want to play on high or medium setting .. for the ram, psu, casing, hdd and other my budget on tht is not above 130-200.. thnks :)

What is your total budget, including the gpu and processor? Do you need an OS as well? What is your monitor resolution?
It sounds like you have a fairly tight budget, so don't expect to be able to play BF4 on high settings at 1080p (if that is your resolution).

-The 750k is a great budget processor.
-4gb of ram should be enough to start off. You can then add another 4gb stick for a total of 8gb in the future.
-The CX430 isn't the best psu out there, but it's cheap and it gets the job done in a budget build like this.
-Since the CX430 isn't a great quality psu, you don't want to stress it out too much. That's why I opted for a GTX 750. It's a low-power consuming card, consuming only 55watts. It performs great for the wattage it's drawing. If you want to spend an extra ~$20, you can go for the GTX 750 ti: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp43751kr
