Solution
Highly not recommended. First off, change the CPU cooler to a CM Hyper 212 EVO for much better cooling performance for the same price. Secondly, upgrade the RAM to at least DDR3-1600 (Preferably 1866MHz for performance) by either G. Skill (Sniper) or Corsair (Vengance/Vengeance Pro). Thirdly, don't skimp and go cheap on the power supply. Get a SILVERSTONE Strider Plus ST50F-P Power supply, as if the PSU fails (and cheap ones do all the time) it will break other components.
Looks OK compatibility wise. maybe Coolernaster hyper 212 evo cooler instead? Get a good power supply - something from Seasonic - their own brand or XFX or some Antec eg HCG 620M. Windows 8 confuses me. I like Windows 7 better. Weird case and ram brands
