Built a mini atx for gaming, would like component rating

The stock fans are usually good, and I do like the Hyper212, but being a mini itx, you are somewhat limited in space and decent airflow, its small cases like this that CLC's really work well, as they can vent CPU heat directly out of the case. I-7's do run hotter than i-5's for the most part, so getting rid of heat becomes a little more important.

Hi! First, what is TIM? haha. Stock cooler? I'm not sure, can you recommend a good custom cooler? And apparently yes, the TI will fit in the case, it states in it's description that will fit GPUs up to 13.5 inches (343 mm) long and that IT is 10.5.

nice. not a big fan of reference gpu's but with the limited space you have, may be the best option. i7 4770k's run quite hot. I'd recommend a CLC like h-80i or nzxt kraken x40 or thermaltake water 3.0 Pro, single rad, and vent that excess heat out of the case.

With the components you have chosen, not overclocking would be a crime. Even a simple bump of the multiplier to 4.2 will be an improvement in performance, and won't change stock voltages (heat stays the same), but that's your decision.

TIM is another way of saying thermal compound. Most CLC's come with it already applied, and its usually a decent paste, depending on brand of cooler. The Arctic Silver can't hurt though.

To be honest I'm dead scared of liquid cooling, if you think that CPU would run too hot, can you recommend another one? Although if you take a quick look at the case you can see it has some pretty good ventilation, but I'm asking here for help ,so you would get the last call on what would be better for my investment.

I did try ordering from newegg once and it wouldn't let me ship to PO boxes. That's a huge problem for me since I live overseas. Could have changed by now though, I haven't tried, I'm just mostly familiar with amazon at the time.

Well since you're not planning on overclocking now or in the future, you're better off saving money with an i7-4770 (non-K) with a H87 chipset motherboard.

You'll be fine with a cheaper psu. This is good enough: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006TVQTFE/?tag=pcpapi-20
Honestly, even 750w is overkill, but I couldn't find any decent 550-650w psu on Amazon for a good price.

Drop the Thermal Compound. It's a waste of money.

8gb of ram should be plenty for gaming. However, since it is an ITX build you'll only have two ram slots. So if you ever think you'll need 16gb, then get it now I guess. I would suggest you go for this 16gb kit: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B006YG9EEW/?tag=pcpapi-20
It's a little bit cheaper but it's also low-profile in case you ever add a heatsink that might interfere with the RAM slots.

The K CPU is only 2 dollars more than the none K, can you recommend good fans or custom cooling system? (non liquid) Do you recommend changing stock fans?

Ah yes you are right. If you want to keep the option of being able to overclock, then stick with the Z87 chipset motherboard with the 4770k then.
The stock fan isn't bad, it's just a bit loud. It would definitely prevent your processor from overheating, but it is louder. It's up to you if you want to spend the extra money for the lower noise. Also, if you plan to overclock then you'll definitely need an aftermarket cpu cooler. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is a great choice for ~$30-35. It's one of the most popular air coolers because it's relatively cheap and it cools very well for the price.

Yes thank you, although I meant changing stock fans from the case itself :p
