This is what I have as of right now. I have realized that my past setup was bad and decided I needed to reconfigure my fans. The fan on the far right of the pic is my cpu heatsink fan. The only fan installed at the moment is the rear chassis fan. If some could tell me what would be the best setup for intake and exhaust I would appreciate that.
Thanks.

Install the remaining case fan in the front bottom slot. Put your GPU in the highest slot.

The CPU will be tough because its air either gets blocked by the GPU or the top of the case. But if you move your GPU down the PSU air will get close to it. So you just have to live with it. The CPU fan should be intaking the air just above the GPU.

In this way the cool air is taken in from the front, passes the HDD, and as it heats up it rises to the top to get exhausted. On it's trip it also feeds air into your other components. In general you want 2 intake fans and one exhaust. I would get another intake to place above the first one then see how your temps are. If the CPU is getting hot you might have to put the GPU down a slot.

I don't...

I don't know much about this really, just trying to use logic.

Edit: Looks like your rear fan is intaking air. I can't tell for sure but make sure you feel a breeze coming out of your case or else you'll have to flip the fan around. If you wanted even better air flow you could get fans for the top of your case (it looks like there are slots) to intake air and have the CPU fan face the top so it directly intakes cool air. This isn't necessary but can help.
