So I am honestly clueless on what is wrong. I got this card back in August 2013, and didn't really check how well it would perform on games with maxed settings until now (I know I should have earlier).The games I tested were Tomb Raider (latest release), League of Legends, as well as Diablo 3. Using Fraps, I tested the frames and recorded how fast each game had run at max settings (default).
Frames I had in-game:
Tomb Raider: 16-20FPS
Diablo 3: 32-68FPS
LoL: 10-78FPS
What you may notice is that the games HEAVILY dip at most points (especially league of legends), and I can not figure out what is causing this, i've tried vsync both on and off, which did keep the frames from crossing 60, but continued to dip from one section of the game to the next.

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Im almost certain I can run all of these games at max, as my old gtx 260 maxcore 55 could run ALL of these just fine at a constant 60FPS. If your wondering why I am no longer using that card, it is simply because it died, hence the reason why I got a new card, making sure it was better than its predecessor. Any help is appreciated.
