I am looking for a budget gaming PC and I found this on Austin's YouTube

http://austinnotduncan.com/builds/meson/

is this a good build? for modern and future games at medium-high settings at 720p-1080p?

My budget is around 500-700 NZD and the PC will mainly be used for gaming but it will be used as a normal functioning PC aswell

I am wanting to play modern and future games on medium-high settings and I would like it to be easily upgraded

Thanks for the parts although I did replace a few options,

1. I replaced the CPU for an AMD Athlon x4 645 Quad Core processor 3.1ghz
2. The graphics card you mentioned in the post was an ASUS but the one on the PCParts list was a Gigabyte and I decided to stick with the Gigabyte.
3. I added some thermal paste aswell and I added an aftermarket cooler
4. I already have Windows 8 so no need for another purchase.

Thanks again
