Hi Members
Joined just now...
I'm a daytrader...planning to build a new rig with 4770k
currently using a laptop Inspiron...with 3210m i5 and hd graphics
I want a rig that doesn't allow Metastock to lag when running real time
I use some complex nested equations for indicators
would be using two displays
was planning for fx8350 but metastock as I read on a forum doesn't support multiple cores...so decided to go with hyperthreading
need help with a compatible motherboard and graphic card and any thing else which you can help me out with...
I'm based in India and budget for the rig is around INR 70K excluding the displays and other peripherals
Thanx

Hi,
You don't actually specify whether you'd be playing Video Games or not. If not, you don't need anything fancy in fact the iGPU in the CPU probably supports two monitors.

Based on the BUDGET you likely do. I was also going to recommend a GTX780 but so far didn't see any models I like. It's overkill for certain games though, but not for Metro 2033/LL, Crysis 3, Far Cry 3 and similar (and future titles).

(Be sure to look at Customer Reviews which help indicate quality or other issues)

Graphics Card (if gaming):

Asus Z87-Pro review: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/z87-haswell-motherboard-review,3524-31.html

"Higher stability, quality components like 5,000-hour-rated capacitors, and less conspicuous features (such as its USB BIOS Flashback IC) probably make up for its $20 price premium. We’re not afraid of radical price shifts from Asus; the company's prices usually go down following a launch. And those factors come together, making it easy for us to give the most stable motherboard in this round-up our stamp of approval."

Hi all again
Came up with the following rig....ready to extend budget a bit more
Need the experts to advise.....and if missing something
Intel 3.5 GHz LGA 1150 4770K i7 Processor
Asus Z87 Pro Motherboard
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 4 GB DDR5 Graphics Card
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9)-TWO NUMBERS
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (WD5000AAKX)
Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat with Side Window CPU Cabinet
Cooler Master Silent Pro Hybrid 1050W 1050 Watts PSU
Cooler Master Silent FAN 120 SI2 (4 in 1) Cooler-TWO NUMBERS

WOULD A SEPERATE CPU COOLER BE REQUIRED?

I'll just throw this in. If you're not really that into overclocking, you might look into the Xeon E3-1230v3. It's basically a locked i7-4770 with hyperthreading, minus the integrated graphics, for the price of an i5-4670k.
