It'll be an Pentinum/Celeron/Core 2 or Xeon chip, most likely Pentinum. It should be fine if it's used, as long as it works Which the item condition indicates so. The boards are the same, the only issue you might have is with the OS. A call to MS should fix it if it even happens.
