Is the answer "yes" what your looking for, then sure is.

I would recommend samsung as they tend to be the best supplier;

I assume you aren't in the US market. This monitor is not advisable for some reasons. It has a 5ms response time but it is a TN panel monitor. That means it is ok for gaming but colors aren't going to look so good.

Recommendations:
Fast gaming: 2ms response time.
Skryim style gaming: 5ms IPS panel.
Movies and all around: 5-8ms IPS panel.
