Hi, Good morning to all of you,,

my full specification of my computer

PSU: CX430
Mboard : GA-970A-UD3
Proce: FX8150
Heatsink Fan : Zalman CNPS10z
Memory Ram : 2x Corsair XMS3
Video Card : Sapphire HD 7770

i make sure all of wiring are properly connected also the both memory ram and video card are seated properly .

this computer is 1 week old only at the first day it run good, next morning the problem occurs it automatically shut down, saying memory dump or something and a couple of BOSD too,

so i tried cleaning the pins of memory and video card with eraser and switch slots it run good the next day. i thought the problem was fixed until the late evening same thing happens automatic shutdown bosd memory dump..

up to now it wont boot anymore not even a single beep thou it was completely dead atm

i do have a little knowledge in regards with the computers and i don't have a clue whats going on with this one.

it happens that it was overheating or something because i live here in the Philippines and it's freaking hot here right now.

i hope you guys help me with my problem. i will get back to you guys asap thanks !

Solution
Alright, so this one might sound strange but it happened to me 3 weeks ago.

I had my pc in sleep mode, and I was assembling my new rig, so since I had to get the sound card from one the old to the new one, I pulled it out of the PCI slot without thinking that my pc is actually in sleep not powered off.
After remembereing the above I tried to start it but it wouldn't, that was the moment I knew that I killed my beloved Maximus III Formula, out of unpatience...

No the whole point of this very interesting story is whether you pulled any card out of any slots by mistake of whatever, because that might have killed the mobo.
It would explain why you can't even boot.
Have you tried a different PSU ? Is it delievering any power at all ...
Your PSU is on the small side (need 19A and 500W) but its a good one.

Is the RAM compatible with the mobo? Is it on the mobos website as approved? How old is everything? (FX 8150?)

What temperature is the CPU getting to? When was the last time you cleaned inside the PC?

hard to access tomshardware.com sorry for the late reply hence here's my answer

Yes the ram are compatible with the mobo before buying parts i checked it , as for the temperature i don't have a chance to check it, i thought it was technically good because of the Heatsink fan and a couple of cpu fans too, the problem what i'm experiencing right now it wont boot at all not even a single beep code, and for the proce it's 6month old only i havent used it for a while coz i have this exact problem before with my old mobo , and i replace the mobo and knowingly it will be run just find right now i have no clue w/c one is the problem

Well the compatibility sheet is a place you can start however it is not the most accurate, in this case the module is compatible as per compatibility sheet.

The mobo is older than the cpu, so I would suggest you do a BIOS update to be sure the processor is able to perform as intended.
Another suggestion would be to check whether you mounted the cooler correctly, I know that Zalman's can sometimes be a pain in the butt to get them mounted correctly, should it be mounted correctly, then I am sure it is not an overheating issue as the cooler is good enough for this system.

Are you sure that you mounted the RAM in the correct slots like so A1 + B1 or A2 + B2 ?
As it already happened that if you go for A1 + A2 or B1 + B2 , the system suffered multiple issues due to this, and old motherbards as this one aren't always that forgivable.

When I first read your post I thought Windows updates as I had a similar issue with my new PC while installing Windows updates, however I was able to restart the system everytime unlike yours.

Check and do the above things then come back here and we'll see ;)

@siles2004 Howdy ! i did not pulled any single card while it's open, i haven't tried that one in youtube, but i assume that it gives power , because the fans are technically working fine, and i used the PSU on my other computer and it's perfectly working good, what im thinking is i think PSU cant provide the watts w/c my computer needed will buy a higher watts PSU tom let see if it's going to work i'll be updating you guys thanks for the reply's
