Are each of these fully built computers or are you just wondering about each cpu?

The best performing pc for games would have the best graphics card. These are all pretty crappy. But the best of them is the 9500GT. You'd only be able to play really low resolution (480p) and really low detail game settings.

You have several problems unfortunately assuming these are entire PC's you are choosing between.

1) The DDR2 memory is not enough for gaming.

2) The CPU's are borderline or possibly not enough.

3) The Graphics are also borderline or likely not enough.

If you want to play Dragon Age or similar you're going to have to spend a minimum amount of money on a computer probably of about $500 though opinions will vary on what "playable" means.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a $300 to $400 used PC that's compatible but here's a CHECKLIST for you on my personal recommendations for minimum specs:
1) Windows 7 or 8 64-bit
(not Vista or XP due to various reasons including loss of driver support)

2) DDR2 or DDR3: 4GB or more

3) CPU: hmm... let's just say a Passmark minimum of 2000:
http://www.cpubenchmark.net/common_cpus.html

4) Graphics: http://www.tonymacx86.com/graphics/81325-best-graphics-...

I'll recommend the TIER with the 8800GT as the bare minimum.

5) Graphics memory (VRAM): 512MB or more.

Other:
See the GAME itself for minimum and recommended specifications.

never, ever use the minimum. because...

"Dragon Age: Origins - More cores, better performance
The processor is the most important component for a lag free Dragon Age: Origins experience. The CPU shouldn't just run at least 2.8 GHz but also have four cores."

I genuinely would like to know how much you're paying for these. I often see people trying to sell their old computers for waaay more than they're worth. If it's in the area of $300 don't buy it. I realize I'm asking you to increase your budget but for $500 you can build a far superior system. Those you've posted will disappoint you pretty quickly.

Those are the sort of builds you see in India or the Phillipines. The relative cost of new components to wages is extremely high there.
