Asus ROG Crosshair V to Asus ROG Maximus VII Hero/Rampage?

Solution
I am really satisfied with my FX 8350....U can go for it but on the other side Maximus VII Hero/Rampage has lots of features:

1.ASUS Dual Intelligent Processors 4 with Four-Way Optimization
2.Extreme Engine DIGI+ III - A Must-Have for Overclocking
SupremeFX Audio - Premium Sound
ROG RamDisk - Double Up Speed with RAM
3.ROG SSD Secure Erase - Recover Lost Performance
4.ASUS USB BIOS Flashback - Simple Plug & Press, Hardware-Based BIOS Flashback
5.AI Suite III - One-Stop Access to Innovative ASUS Features!
Intel is way better than AMD in gaming and power efficiency just go for Intel if u like.

Well it purely depends on you actually :)

What is the purpose of this build ? (can't see any GPU in your link)
If you tell me this then I'll tell you my opinion to your question ;)

Haha, definitely an Intel build then :)
But I would really wait for the Z97 chipset, if money is no problem at all, everything will be expensive as usual for new components.

Not only will they release a new chipset but also new cpu's for LGA1150 :) and a new high performance cpu.
Furthermore the new nextGen graphics cards are going to hit the market by EOQ2 / Q3.

OR you can choose the Z87 with Maximus VI Extreme / i7-4770k, which will defintley be less in term of money but surely not as powerful as Z97.

So up to you :) but definitely go for Intel ;)
Cheers
