Can you name a external hard drive a name instead of a letter

I would like to name a external hard drive so if I do unplug it and plug it back in so the letters wont change and ruin the path for my music to play.
I would like to call my external hard drive the name Music. If this is possible

You can label it, but it will still have a drive letter attributed to it, but the letter shouldnt change if you unplug it and then plug it back again.
