Hi,
The Gigabyte GA -78LMT has an old 760G chipset that is not pretty good for the newer AM3+ Vishera/Piledriver processors such as : FX 4300, FX 6300 and FX 8300 series. It might work, but it is not recommended.
Better get motherboard with 970 chipset.
