According to Intel, Safe temperatures for that exact CPU (i5 2320T) is 72.6 degrees Celsius, your under that for sure, so great to know your CPU cooler is doing a pretty good job at cooling your CPU. If you have any other quires on temps, or problems you may face, ask and we'll gladly help.
