Will my PC BUILD be compatible?

Hi Im planning to build a DIY PC here in the philippines and I created a 3Builds (For the 3 Possible Shops that I will be buying). My Preferred CPU is AMD FX-6300 ; GPU R9 Vapor-X 270X 2GB

Im just curious wether my its compatible with my motherboard and RAM Feel free to comment!

So Here's my Build

BUILD 1 (I'm Buying this at Openpinoy incase there will be filipinos who will see this :D  )

CPU - AMD FX-6300
GPU - SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 256BIT
MoBo - ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
HDD - 1TB 3.5 Toshiba SATA III
RAM - 2pc Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 Single Module PC12800

BUILD 2 (at DYNAQUEST PC )
CPU - AMD FX-6300
GPU - SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 256BIT
MoBo - ASRock 960GC-GS FX
HDD - Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
RAM - 2pc Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 Single Module PC12800

BUILD 3 (at PC Madness)
CPU - AMD FX-6300
GPU - SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 256BIT
MoBo - MSI 880GMS-E41 (FX) or GIGABYTE GA-78LMT S2
HDD - Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB
RAM - KINGSTON 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 HYPERX 1600

I have a Php 30,000 Budget / 650$

The thing is I'm not so well oriented when it comes to picking a motherboard. Thanks for your reply guys! In advance XD

the 2nd one . . though the mobo in build 1 is good then this but the HDD is better in build 2 then 1
