Ping suddenly goes high as soon as i launch steam

Hello i have been having ping issues for the last week and its fine until i launch steam any suggestions?




EDIT---Just tested it again without steam and its high even when its not launched now

if its bouncing all over the place try disabling your firewall for a speed test. if it stabilizes you found your problem.
i had the same kind of issue with a few free and payed firewalls so now i just stick to windows own and the router.
