im building a computer will all fit together will i have enough power?

it will all "fit together" without issues but you might want to upgrade your psu to 700W...though 650W is perfectly ok to run your system...and do you plan to overclock?

maybe i want to OC in the future, why. ? and could u find a (good) psu for around the 107 dollers ?

if you are overclocking, then you need ample current on your 12v rail and the 8 pin cpu connector...yet the chosen psu should work well if you are an average overclocker...
