Ok so the desktop pc worked fine but sometimes it did crash on boot up and the keyboard and screen wouldn't switch on.i did somehow fix that by cleaning the pc with a compressed air can(from the outside) Ok so not long ago it started bleeping continuously so I opened it, took out the ram and put them back, cleaned it abit better from the inside and now it's giving the error in the title. Ok I gave up now. Please give me some solutions. Thanks.

(Also I noticed that there seems to be a disconnected piece with 4 holes in there. I couldnt find any slot for it)

It's probably just a spare, unused molex power connector from the PSU, nothing wrong with that. It looks like this:

Make sure the hard drive cables have not come loose.
If they are not loose, test the hard drive with a bootable CD.

Download the CD Image for HGST Drive Fitness Test: http://www.hgst.com/support/downloads/legacy-downloads#DFT

Use ImGBurn to create a CD from the CD Image: http://www.filehippo.com/download_imgburn

Boot your faulty PC from that CD to run the hard drive test.
