Gaming CPU - Will this be fair enough for high/heavy graphics?

It took a very good time to decide a budget gaming computer for my needs and the configuration is as follows -

Motherboard - Asus M5A97 R2.0
Processor - AMD FX 8320
Dedicated Graphics - EVGA 750 Ti
Memory - 8 GB (2x4) DDR3
HDD - Seagate 500GB
PSU - 650 W
CPU Cooler - Antec C20

Can this build help me to play current and upcoming pc games with high settings?

Solution

Hi,
Better get FX 6300 and R9 270. It will be much better option than FX 8320 and GTX 750Ti
Your CPU is good. If you're into overclocking, that would also be helpful. However, if you're looking at play upcoming games with high settings you might want to reconsider your 750 ti. It's a solid graphics card, but you'll want something in the tier-set of gtx 760 if you're looking to play with high settings.

Oh Okay... now this sounds good.
Edit: Won't it bottleneck the graphic card?

I thought of this at first place but I can't afford for gtx 760 as it gets over my budget :"(
