GeForce GTX 560 Ti needs at least 31 amps on the 12v rail and a 500 watt power supply.

1. My budget wont really allow a new PSU
Will it work or I shouldnt even consider it ?

2. what if i get a 7850 2GB instead of the gtx 560 ti 1GB
it has a lower power consumption as far as i know
Will the PSU be enough for it then ?

What about GTX-750ti or R9 270X?

Edit: GTX-750ti will run with your current PSU, that's for sure :)

well i can get a 7850 for cheaper than a gtx 750ti
plus its a better GPU as far as i know

so will it work with a 7850 2GB ?
