Stuck at preparing automatic repair

My laptop won't boot if i press f8 in only stuck at preparing automatic repair it didnt switch to diagnose pc, I can't also perform reformatting because i can't access to repair and booting to usb. Also if i don't press f8 it will stuck at looping circles for days

heeeeeeeeeeeelp i can only access bios setup and system diagnostics I NEED MY LAPTOP TO WOORK I CANT EVEN ACCESS SYSTEM RECOVER IT ONLY LOOPS AT PLEASE WAIT
