I'm in the process of making a new build with an i5-4670k (or 4770k).
I'm going for 2 x 8GB of RAM, but I'm torn between three options:

Kingston HyperX Beast 2400Mhz CL11 (KHX24C11T3K2/16X) 1.65V - 144€

Kingston HyperX Fury 1866Mhz CL10 (HX318C10FWK2/16) 1.5V - 125€
or

G.Skill TridentX 1866Mhz CL8 (F3-1866C8D-16GTX) 1.6V - 167€

Should I just go with the cheapest option or something different altogether?
The availability of high-frequency low CAS RAM seems to be pretty bad over here at this time.

I will mostly be gaming and surfing the web, but will sometimes edit video et cetera.

Also, I have 3 x 2GB of CMG6GX3M3A1600C7. Could I use two (or three) sticks of it meanwhile if I buy something that'll take a while to be delivered?

Solution
RAM frequency and latency matters so little in games, you may as well just pick the cheapest of the 3 options. DDR4 will be mainstream long before you could notice a significant difference.
