My computer was running perfectly fine (built in February 2014) and ever since I turned my computer off at the PSU switch it hasn't turned on again (no fans, lights, or noise from the pc).

I needed to turn the computer off at the PSU because it went into deadlock, and I tried holding the power button for 5 second but it didn't turn off at all.
I originally thought the problem was the PSU, but after testing a new PSU, with my system it still has the same outcome as before.

Is the problem to do with my motherboard?
Is it possible that the other components in my system could be harmed?

Original System (before the problem):

New PSU:

Things I have already tried with no success:

I have tried reconnecting all the parts except the CPU and still nothing.

The motherboard is mounted on all standoffs in the case, leaving no standoff touching the motherboard on the back.

I have now tried both sticks of RAM separately and still nothing.

I have now tried booting the PC with only the CPU, motherboard, PSU and one stick of RAM, but still nothing..

I have also reset the CMOS and still nothing

The power outlet is working fine.

I have also swapped another new motherboard out and still no power..

A deadlock is like a freeze, but won't respond to anything you do on the keyboard. For example, you can't take caps lock on/off when a deadlock happens.

An inability to continue due to two programs or devices each requiring a response from the other before completing an operation

To get out of the freeze did you push in and hold the power button ,or did you just switch off using the power switch adjacent to the psu.
I had a similar problem which I cured because it seemed to have upset the operating system, and I used system restore
Have you a restore point available prior to the first occurrence of your problem, or can you access in safe mode the last good configuration?

I turned my Pc off at the switch next to the PSU, but I can't access anything on my computer, because it won't turn on at all
