oops on the PSU (what I get while Work is distracting me!)

the 760K + 250X is a strongr gaming PC than the 5600 alone.

If you cant swing those together, get the A10-5800K, which is just $10 more than the 5600 ($109.99 vs $99.99)

I'd go with Win 7 or Win 8.1. either is around $90

I switched to a lower resolution monitor (1366x768), which will lt you run more games at medium settings than a 1920x1080 would, and lowered the Motherboard to the a55 chipset (which loses USB 3 and SATA 3) - USB 3 isn't 100% necessary, and SATA 2/3 isn't noticable with the mechanical drive, and save a few bucks with Win 7
