all of the parts are from amazon accept from the psu :) and it all comes up to 640.33

I've never heard of NovaTech PSU but other than that the build looks pretty good for the cost.
Why are you getting a 4gb card though? what res are you playing at? Normally the only reason you would get a 4gb card over a 2gb version is if you are playing at high resolution AND crossfire. A single 270x is not going to be powerful enough to take advantage of the 4gb of vram.

EDIT: I'm guessing from those prices you are in the UK and not in USA.. is that correct?

Is that your final budget? Even if it is people here will help you to build even more value for money build. Let me know if you can spend some more money.
That's a well put rig actually. I don't know how you got that rig for so cheap.
But at that budget it is great. You should go for it unless you have a better option to replace a component.
