I will upgrade my pc soon and I ended with this setup but suddenly it exceeds my budget. I will use this for gaming and rendering and editing build. Im fine with the CPU and the motherboard, Intel Xeon is not available. Which one should I downgrade or remove?

1st: Should I downgrade the ram into 8GB 2x4? Will it affect performance for rendering and editing?
2nd: Should I downgrade the gpu into GTX770? I'll only be gaming at 1080p but 780 will last longer
3rd: Don't Buy SSD?

Intel Core i7-4771
Asus Vanguard B85
Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x8GB 1600 CL9
Zotac Geforce GTX780 Reference
Seasonic 660W 80+ Platinum
Corsair Obsidian 350D Case
Samsung 840 EVO SSD 120GB
Western Digital 1TB Black
Asus 24x DRW-B5ST

''1st: Should I downgrade the ram into 8GB 2x4? Will it affect performance for rendering and editing?''
KEEP 16 gb for video editing

''2nd: Should I downgrade the gpu into GTX770? I'll only be gaming at 1080p but 780 will last longer''
YES GO with GTX 770 instead

''3rd: Don't Buy SSD?''

It will exceed my budget because z87 boards are expensive and also the k processor.

A z87 motherboard is only a bit more than the vanguard and a 4770k is about the same price as a 4771.
