Hello my computer freezes almost every time that I turn it on.
I have just recently bough new ram and motherboard and it still freezes.
I wondering if this could be a cpu or gpu problem.
I have a nvidia GeForce gtx 660
Fx 8350
Sabertooth 990x r2.0
8gb g.skill ram
256 gb sanDisk ultra ssd
Hec-850ts power supply.

The freezes occur randomly. Sometimes it does not freeze at all, sometimes it freezes right during the boot up and sometimes it freezes when the computer is just sitting there doing nothing. I have ran memtest, and checked my hard drive. Both are good. I have played games all the time on it. Sometimes I'll be able to play for hours with nothing happening. Temperatures are all at a good level. Even after I play games.

Looking at it now it the Kernal-power error hasn't occurred in over a month. But when the pc freezes there is just an error that says previous system shutdown and was unexpected. The event id is 6008. And the crash dump isn't there. All the boxes were checked but there is no folder where it says it is.
