Hello there.
What is the cheapest mATX motherboard with AM3+ that will support an FX 6300 (also 8350 for upgrade), that can support also 1866 Mhz RAM and this graphics card GTX 750 Ti Asus 2 GB OC http://www.amazon.com/Asus-GTX750TI-OC-2GD5-ASUS-Graphics-Cards/dp/B00IB9P1KG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1398022292&sr=8-1&keywords=asus+gtx+750+ti
Also suggest me only from Amazon, I can buy only there or in New Egg also but the amazon is prefered.
Thanks :D
Also I would like to have SATA 3 and USB 3.0 and prefered to have 4 stick places. But with 2 will be okay too :)

What happened to the mATX requirement?

I would rather OC my RAM to 1600 rather than risk melting my VRMs. The M5A97 R2.0 LE doesn't have heatsinked VRMs and the MSI 970 G46 isn't really recommended for an overclocked AMD 8-core,

Plus, there's no real world difference between DDR3 1333MHz and 1866MHz. You'd only see the difference in a benchmark or if you had to move massive files for content creation.

How much can you get a GTX 750 Ti for? I would get the R9 270 for only $10 more. You would get much more performance from it. Plus, Mantle support.
