Hello, this is my first custom pc build and i wasn't completely sure if all the parts were compatible an stuff. It's a gaming PC
Also, I'm having problems understanding how I should go with cooling. Should I get a GPU cooler, what CPU cooler should I get, how many fans? Please leave your suggestions below!

The build as it is now:

CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K ($199.99 @ Newegg.com)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X 82.9 CFM CPU Cooler ($45.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Fans: Corsair AF120 Quiet Edition Purple LED Fan ($25 @ Alternate.nl)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 pro4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (€80)
Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($79)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($102.00)
Storage (SSD): Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($65.00)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 (456.00 @ Sicomputers.nl)
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($124.99 @ Mwave Australia)
Power GS Series™ GS800 — 80 PLUS® Bronze Certified Power Supply “2013 Edition” ($130 @ Corsair.com)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer ($21.00 @ Mwave Australia)
Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro N - Student ($59.99)

Solution
Thats a good build. The case comes with enough fans that I don't think you'd need extras. The gpu comes with a cooler and should be fine especially if isn't the reference model.

Looks pretty good to me! And why are you going with ivy bridge processor? I would get a haswell i5 4670k! With the asus maximus hero 1150 socket. and I would also get the h100i water cooler.

No that would have been a good build two years ago buit not now. I'm also wondering why the stores are spread out so far. You have Newegg, then a store from the Netherlands, then a store from Australia, and so on.

This is what you should get for that budget:
