Id like to see if anyone have any suggestion for a sim racing pc that can atleast handle assetto corsa at medium and rfactor Dont have to include Windows or Monitor

Budget : 300-400 euros

Here you go you will need more ram later but this will get you gaming. The r9 270 is a great 1080p gaming card you will be able to play most games on the higher settings

I am normally working on a budget as well my friend and the only way you will do better is to sit on ebay and watch auctions, I do it all of the time but it takes time. I got a new i5 3570k for 130 euros on a auction so if your are patient you can save money. You can also find people selling slightly used parts if you want to go that rout. The German Ebay has the best prices IMO

Seems like a good idea and i live in the netherlands so german shipping doesn't really cost much aswell.
Will take some time to try your idea and i dont really care about slightly used parts like 7850 or 650 or something like that does not have to be the newest for me :)
