Is my i5 3350p and 8 ram 1600mhz kingston enough for nowaday gaming?

S this is my cpu and memory i have gt 640 but il get 770 but will i have bottleneck and can my i5 3350p be able to play games like ac4 bf4 watch dogs on at least high? Also when i play ac4 with 52 processes i have lag in ac4 and when i disable some of them like host protection nvidia stream i get better berformance ? is this casue the ram isn't good enough or the cpu isn't or its normal or maybe virus?

Yes its long enough every mid towers are long enough :d but my pc isnt builded its acer predator g3620 and it have 2 versions with gt 640 and with some radeon which radeon is long as one tri x 770 so i dunno it may fit but doesn't i can remove the hdd bay but if i do that where will i put the hdd? :D

The card is a pait 770 and i think i have another bay i opened the case before month and i think i saw anotherone but it was for dvd i think
