I am heading off to college next year and I am looking for a gaming laptop that also I can do college work on. I would like to be able to run most current games on 70FPS. I have a budget of about 700-1000 dollars. Links to good laptops would be great! Thanks all!

Thats a good realistic goal, the laptop i recommended should definitely beable to play bf4 at those settings and definitely WOW. I know more about desktops so if you want to wait and see what others say on the laptops that might be the best although what i have picked is a great choice.

What settings do you want 70FPS on? Ultra would be impossible with your budget and for certain games(crysis 3/metro last light) no laptop can play maxed out 70FPS0. I recommend the Lenovo y510p.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834313584
