Hello!

I've got a problem with my keyboard that I bought in January, being my Christmas Gift. A month before I wanted to set up the macro keys for keyboard on the keyboard's software downloaded from the official site. When I clicked to set up a macro key, the software crashed and closed, I reinstalled the software, repluged the keyboard, but useless. I was OK with that because I was not using the macros, but I began to have some problems with my PC volume because of keyboard. Suddenly, the volume goes minimum (not mute, but level 0) or goes maximum and I can't control the touchpanel, I can't control the volume, it gets stuck on minimum or maximum, even though I try to restart the PC, only the keys are working. It happens really often, even now. I am writing this with desperate because I can't find any solution and I don't know how to contact support for Mad Catz.

Thanks for reading!

Download latest drivers. I've started to experience the second problem myself and it seems to always be triggered by lifting/tilting the keyboard. An unplug/re-plug has always fixed it for me though.

I move and lift the keyboard a lot and maybe that is the problem with the volume, so i won't do this anymore. You are right, a replug always does it, but I have to take off my system from the desk to replug the keyboard ... Anyway, I think it won't happen if I am not going to move and lift the keyboard, but that doesn't resolve my problem with the SST software problem. I am using Windows 7 32-bit and I've taken the latest version of the software today, I still can't use the macros because the SST crashes ...

Yeah sorry, but I don't know how to deal with that; I've never experienced these crashes myself.
