I wanted a basic machine to run windows 7 home premium.

Outside of the above list i ordered a DVI to HDMI female adapter to connect to the TV(as a monitor).
Am i missing something here?
I did not include
1) Video card - because this wont be used for gaming
2) Sound card - Motherboard spec said it already have audio in and out - so i believe i dont need an external one.
3) Case fan - Sentey SS1-2421 had an built in case fan
4) Wired N/W adapter - motherboard already had built in suppor for 10/100 ethernet LAN
5) Power supply - Sentey SS1-2421 had an built in power supply(250w) and my usage came with less than that.

Think abou it, what if he bought a pre built pc. The PSU's are the same as the one on the case. hes not OCing, not gaming. So what is the matter?

well, it might be ok, it might not, you never know until you try it. i would rather spend an extra $30 and not risk my psu killing my system. My current low-end rig has a tier 5 psu in it, which i really wanna get a new one, but i still have 2 and a half years on the warranty, so i might aswell risk it.
