Need some quick advice / help

Hi so I just bought the I7 4770k Processor without thinking it will be compatible with my motherboard I have the GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 Motherboard http://tinyurl.com/m2t9hlu could someone confirm this is will work and if not could you recommend a good motherboard for it ( I would prefer a higher end motherboard if possible )

i7 4770k processor is LGA 1150 socket.

that motherboard is a LGA 1155 socket. It is not compatible, and you can cause serious damage to both parts if you try to force it in.

And yes, use any z87 motherboard.

Sorry, it will not work. The Gigabyte Motherboard is LGA 1155 one, while the i7 4770k require LGA 1150 Motherboard
