i just ordered a Asus ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 to replace my gigabyte 870 however now im wondering is my EVGA gtx 660 sc good enough to sli with hence it comes with a stock blower fan, im scared that i will get really high temps.

Here´s a list of what i have in my pc.
Case: Cooler master storm stryker
Motherboard: ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
GPU: EVGA gtx 660 sc
RAM: 8GB
Seasonic: 750W silver certified.
CPU: AMD Phennom II x6 1090 Thuban.

Solution
I agree with Eduello, the blower fans are arguably better for SLI than the axial fans; blower fans dump the hot air exhaust straight out the back of the case, as opposed to the axial fans that recirculate it in the case.

As long as you have good air supply to the actual cards, they should do well. Your motherboard choice also helps, as you have one spare expansion slot between the two x16 PCIe slots you'll use, which will help them breathe.
