Is 700W enough for an R9 280X + i5 4670K build?

Hey guys, I don't know much about power supplies so I was just wondering if the 700W power supply I plan on buying for my 280X/4670K build will be enough.

Here's the build I plan on buying without the 280X, since I already own it:

If there are any suggestions on other components to change as well let me know! I don't want to have to build another machine for a while. My current old Phenom II x6 has lasted me a while already :p

i did a better build for you here

Oh wow, yup except thermaltake's PSUs are an exception for what I said earlier.

Ah ok so I should stay away from ThermalTake for power supplies.

I can dig this build, though again with 650W be enough to feed the i5 and the 280X?

This also looks like an attractive build, though why would you recommend the cooler? I don't typically overclock so I usually just stick with stock. I'm going for between 600-800 but the lower the better. I'm selling my current rig for 700 so that should subsidize some, but I'm also not looking to spend a whole lot above that know what I mean?

The rig is my main machine, I'll be using it for programming on both Windows and Linux, gaming, and light video editing for my Youtube channel (though nothing special).
