  1. How low? The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is great for just 35$: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

I can spend around $100 Give or take 10-15 dollars

Then I vouch for the Noctua NH-D14, it's one of the most powerful air coolers out there and it's very, very silent (you have to turn up the fans to 60% to hear it and even 100% isn't unbearable).

  6. If you can spend at least $70 there are some really solid cooler out there from Noctua and Megahalems. But as mentioned about the Hyper 212 is the standby cooler for those wanting low budget aftermarket cooling.

I'm surprised your closed looped Corsair cooler broke, i'd recommend something from them but it looks like they've already left you with a bad taste.

170mm with a side panel fan and 200mm without one: http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/118-phantom-630.html#
  8. This is cooler is a bit pricey but it gets the job done pretty nice.

I wouldn't say it's worth over 35$ more then the Noctua flagship.

No actually it is worth the price cuz u see it provides amazing airflow 106.2CFM to be exact. Where as the next leading Noctua Cooler only provides around 60+ CFM and the RPM is low as well. That is also the reason why its so quiet. I use Noctua as a cpu cooler too but i changed the fans cuz they suck ass and got me some Scythe Ultra Kaze.

So This cooler would keep everything cool? I almost fried my cpu from my last cooler
