It would of course depend on your specs however i would suggest (foremost) a better card all together but since youve seemed to narrowed it down to these two, I would say the GT745m 4GBVram is probably the better shout, I've attached some benchmarks for these two GPU's on Battlefield 4 below.

On what settings was the GT 650M benchmark done?

The 650m benchmark was on medium settings averaging 29.1 where as the 745m on medium benched 45.8 on average, funnily enough i found a video of battlefield 4 that had extremely similar specs to the ASUS and that also benched 30fps on average on medium, so in short the 745m, benches 15fps more on average under medium settings
