hey guys, i recently built a computer and sometimes when i tuen it on i get a code "99" on my motherboard and i have to hold down the power button wait for the computer to turn off and try again till the code it "a2" im sick of doing this and want to fix the problem heres my specs

amd radeon hd 7850
silver stone 850W full modular ATX power supply
