What parts of a graphics card are you safe to touch?

I have seen videos of people building computers and explaining the bits not to touch but then I see reviews of graphics cards and the reviewers hold them by those exact places so what?

Dont touch anything that is gold plated. Thats the number one rule while holding PC parts. Do not touch the fans, and try to hold the gpu by its sides. Also don't touch the PCB board on the back of the card unless it has a back plate attached.

it doesnt really matter as long as you dont discharge static electricity upon contact. All those little guidelines are made by anal people. Like how super motorheads tell you "TECHNICALLY, you should only use Super-unleaded gas on foreign cars". Technically, it may make a tiny molecule of difference, but for regular ppl who arent rich, I put regular unleaded gas in my used audi every day and have had no issues.
