i dropped my 1TB external memory drive last night and it wont be recognized already, It will just have clicking sound for about five seconds and it will stop. It is still possible to open and recover my files? thanks
sorry, I don't think so, it sounds like mechanical damage. A specialised company might be able to disassemble it and recover some files if they are critically important, but will cost $$$$
