Good gaming rig?

I will mainly use it for Planetside 2 recording with shadowplay and streaming to my Nvidia shield.
I only have a core2duo and 2gb of ram, but I have perfectly reusable hard drives and optical drives. First of will it run Planetside 2 on ultra? Second off is the 8 cores useful for rendering and 3d modeling? Thanks in advance.

Very good gaming rig, yeah!
It will have great performance on every game you want to play, but it just doesn't make much sense to pair an AMD processor with nvidia Graphics.. I would suggest you switch the 760 with a R9 270X wich will perform the same and save you a few bucks

I picked the 760 because I wanted to stream games to my Nvidia shield.I just cant do that with a R9 270x and Mantle so far is lackluster at best so my only reason to consider the 270x is invalid.
