Driver issue...i think

So i think my sli connector maybe bad but im also running into another issue that im not sure what is causing the issue. The problems started when i tried updating my nvidia drivers to the new ones toms had up as the "new" drivers that were supposed to help in 4k and all that stuff. I assumed new drivers so they couldnt be bad to install and update the 337.50 i current had. While trying to update it froze up and blue screened. After a manual restart it said i was still on the 337.50 drivers but just to be safe i attempted to reinstall the 337.50 to make sure the lock up didnt screw anything up. Well for some reason i couldn't get the 337.50 or even the 335.xx whatever whql drivers to install either i just kept getting blue screens and lock ups. I did a system restore and all seemed well. However everytime i closed out of a program or game (bf4) it was bring it back up only in a windowed type mode then it would take a second or two and finally close the game or program. I figured perhaps this is a driver issue because its never done this until that stupid "new" driver that toms posted on its front page. So i attempted to uninstall all drivers of nvidia and start completely fresh but couldnt. I kept getting errors everytime i tried to uninstall the drivers so i booted into safe mode and still no luck. What i ended up having to do is install them again while in safe mode THEN uninstall them. Ok after all that i got the WHQL drivers 335.xx installed and all seemed well until i saw my sli wasnt being recognized in nvidia control panel so i tried to switch that on only to get blue screen and i had to reboot. I disconnected my sli bridge and rebooted and all seemed well so i turned the computer back off reinstalled my sli bridge and now its like the computer isnt even giving me the option for sli. Control panel sees both cards but i have no option to enable sli. Im assuming the sli bridge is bad or just because how my lucks been over the past 2 days maybe its something with the drivers. Sooooooo i try to install the 337.50 beta drivers which is what i was running initially and it goes through the installing process and all that like it installed but even after reboot it still says im on the old drivers..............When i try a "clean install" it uninstalled the 335.xx drivers rebooted and continued with the 337 beta drivers but fails during install. So im currently back on the 335 drivers and am left scratching my head. Bad sli bridge all of a sudden? Did overclocking screw up my sli bridge? Should i reformat and start fresh? What do you guys think?

Hello Azza,

Much better to do a REFORMAT (clean re-installation like no other files except Windows should be in your Drive C:) so that bluescreens and other errors will be removed. Then, DO NOT USE THE BETA DRIVER. The driver is in test mode and not applicable for use. Use the 335.27 WHQL driver.
