My parents told me I could buy this computer, but I don't know much about computers. Is this computer good enough to run Minecraft at 100 fps? If not, please link me to a better computer.

I don't think it will. Probably 55 fps tops. I'll put a build together for you that should run MC at 100+ fps.

This should do it. I wasn't able to add a sound card because all the PCIe slots are taken up.

-Minecraft is a very CPU heavy game, hence the dual Xeon processors
-it is also a very RAM intensive game, os I included a 64gb kil
-stellar CPU cooling, but I would recommend getting a full watercooling loop.
-1TB SSD for everything
-4 Way SLI of Titan Black cards, because they should help boost fps by about 10 or 15 in MC.
-3 ultra HD monitors, for maximum game enjoyment
-lots of very quiet fans for cooling

An i5 4670K with 8gb of RAM and onboard graphics can get 200fps in full screen mode, 1920 by 1080p with tons of stuff running in the background. Optifine with max settings runs around 400fps.
