Hello,

I currently have a SSD with my windows on it and a 1 tb hard drive for games, music, pictures, etc. I want to install a hard drive that was used in my old pc. It still has everything on it including the windows version i had on my old computer. I was wondering what i had to do in order to make sure the old windows doesnt boot up, delete the old stuff, and be able to store stuff on it... Thanks!!

Hi,

Your PC will not definitely boot on that old drive if you set your boot priority correctly, set your SSD as the primary boot device next to your optical DVD/Blue-ray Drive. Then it will basically boot from your SSD not to your old HDD drive.

Ok so i got the 2 hard drives to show up. My older one that i have had in my computer is listed as "New Volume (D:) Disk 1". The one that i just put in has no name and now there are like 3 different harddrives showing up. They are listed under "Disk 0" and are as follows: "450 mb NTFS... 916.42 gb... 14.65 gb" Now i have no idea what those 3 are and they dont have a name like all of my other drives do. Im pretty damn confused to be blunt. I appreciate all help!!! Thanks
