Well, I was doing my work on my desktop, and my mom comesin and starts vacuuming the outside of it while it was on... I did not stop her cause it wasnt the inside, but still. Will it be okay?

As long as she doesn't vacuum INSIDE the case it's 100% fine. And static discharge is no worry, because the vacuum head is plastic, and your case is made of metal to discharge static electricity.
