That PC doesn't need as big Power Supply - minimum 450W and 19A on the 12V rail for the 260X Try an M12 520W instead. Unless your planning on better graphics card down the track.

Everythin else seems OK. The peripherals are a bit dodgy thouh. But you should stick to your budget. Maybe upgrade stuff later on.
